Veterinarian-and-sanitary and phyto-sanitary measures

Mandatory requirements and procedures that are established for the purposes of protection from risks arising in connection with penetration, consolidation or spread of harmful organisms, diseases, carriers of diseases or causative organisms, including that in case they are carried or spread by animals and (or) plants, with products, loads, materials, motor vehicles, with the presence of additives, pollutants, toxins, pests, weeds, causative organisms, including food products or feeds, and also mandatory requirements and procedures that are established for the purposes of prevention of other damage associated with the spread of harmful organisms.
