Marketing Service Obligations

“Marketing service obligations” means obligations-

  1. to set up marketing infrastructure and retail outlets in remote areas in respect of notified petroleum and petroleum products;
  2. to maintain minimum stock of notified petroleum and petroleum products;
  3. of a local distribution entity to supply natural gas to consumers; and
  4. such other obligations as may be specified by regulations.
