Health and safety representative

Health and safety representative means a person selected as a health and safety representative for a designated work group under clause 25 of Schedule 3 to the Act.

Health and safety representative

Health and safety representative means an employee elected, as an individual or as a member of a health and safety committee or both, to represent the views of employees in relation to health and safety at work.
