Existing Facilities and Onshore Facilities

Existing facilities and onshore facilities means facilities whose Plan for Development and Operation (PDO) of petroleum deposits is approved in accordance with Section 4-2 of the Petroleum Act or special permission is granted based on the Plan for Installation and Operation (PIO) of facilities for transport and for utilisation of petroleum in accordance with Section 4-3 of the Petroleum Act, or facilities and onshore facilities that have been granted permission to operate before these regulations entered into force.
