Enforcement Action

Enforcement action means,—
(a) in relation to an inspector,—
(i) the laying of an information under this Act; or
(ii) the issuing of an infringement notice under this Act; or
(iii) the making of an application for a compliance order; and
(b) in relation to a person other than an inspector,—
(i) the laying of an information under this Act; or
(ii) the making of an application for a compliance order.
