The 1989 Order

“The 1989 Order” means the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (Application outside Great Britain) Order 1989. Note: S.I. 1989/840.

The 1989 Order

In regulation 2 (interpretation) of the Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations 1992 (Note: S.I. 1992/2885.) (“the 1992 Regulations”) in paragraph (1) (definitions) for the definition of “the 1989 Order” there shall be substituted the following definition: ““the 1995 Order” means the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (Application outside Great Britain) Order 1995”.
