Petroleum special prospecting authority

Petroleum special prospecting authority means:

  1. a petroleum special prospecting authority granted under Part 2.7 of this Act; or
  2. a special prospecting authority granted under section 111 of the repealed Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967.
