Petroleum production licence

Petroleum production licence means:

  1. a petroleum production licence granted under Part 2.4 of this Act; or
  2. a production licence granted under Division 3 of Part III of the repealed Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967; or
  3. a production licence granted under section 148 of the repealed Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967.
