Petroleum pipeline

Petroleum pipeline means:

  1. a pipe, or system of pipes, in an offshore area for conveying petroleum (whether or not the petroleum is recovered from an offshore area), other than a secondary line; or
  2. a part of a pipe covered by paragraph (a); or
  3. a part of a system of pipes covered by paragraph (a).
