Permit to Work
For work, other than the routine non-hazardous work, to be carried out in the safest possible manner, the operator shall ensure that such work is carried out only in accordance with the written instructions (hereinafter called ‘work permit’) issued by a person authorized by the Offshore Installation Manager.
The work permit shall specify the place, date, time and duration of such work, the precautions to be taken, the parameters to be monitored during the work and the persons responsible for compliance.
