Greenhouse Gas Storage Ministerial Council

Greenhouse Gas Storage Ministerial Council means:

if there is a Ministerial Council that deals with matters relating to:
1. the injection of greenhouse gas substances into parts of geological formations; and
2. the permanent storage of greenhouse gas substances in parts of geological formations; that Ministerial Council; or
in any other case—the body known as the Standing Council on Energy and Resources.
